The GL380 studio

The GL380 is a 378 square foot studio that has all the features of the larger unit in a footprint that’s similar to a room in a lodge. It’s a perfect option in small lot situations.

Garden Loft has a low profile sloped roof that overhangs the cedar faced front entry window wall. The remaining exterior is a durable, low-maintenance cement board siding. Garden Loft can be placed in the garden in a number of different ways. It can have its own deck and ramp/stair or it can be connected to an existing deck for a no-step access to the main house.
Pricing
The cost of a Garden Loft is a combination of the unit purchase price, the site preparation costs for screw piles, utilities, deck/ramp construction, and landscaping as well as the cost to deliver and place the unit in the backyard. The unit cost varies with optional selections and the site prep and delivery costs vary with each property. Garden Loft purchases can be financed through the Alberta Treasury Branch’s Secondary Building Program.
When combined with a Home Equity Line of Credit or other mortgage product, up to 100% of the purchase can be financed. Our ATB mortgage specialist will help you determine what finance options are best for you.
Warranties and Deposit Insurance
Garden Loft is part of the Alberta New Home Warranty Program with the same protection as any other new home in Alberta.
This includes 1 year on materials and labour, 2 years on delivery and distribution systems, 5 years on the building envelope, and 10 years on the structure. Garden Loft purchases also have 100% deposit insurance.
