As Garden Loft’s initial ‘concept home,’ the prototype has very high quality fixtures and finishes not standard in the production Garden Lofts. For construction this includes a SIP and CLT building envelope, metal standing seam roof, triple pane tilt and turn windows, and in-floor heating.

The interior finish upgrades include a cross-vaulted ceiling, solid-oak exposed ceiling beam, natural cedar ceiling and walls, and a custom slat wood divider wall. Fixture upgrades include electronic blinds, electronic touch faucets and shower controls, electronic front door lock, LED lighting, Kohler Veil Intelligent toilet, induction cooktop, and drawer dishwasher.
